Olympic qualification is on the line for the Fiji Airways Fijiana 7s team in the Oceania 7s.

Coach Saiasi Fuli says they are aware of what to expect and have gone through mental and physical phases in the lead up to the competition.

Fuli says the players know that these are key aspects when playing in such a competition as when it will come to the knockout stages those who are mentally strong and have that fortitude will prosper.

The Fijiana are in Pool D with Nauru, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu.

They face Vanuatu in their first pool match at 5.14 this afternoon.

The Oceania 7s will finish on Saturday.
