Out of the last six Super Rugby matches between the Hurricanes and the Highlanders - both teams have won three matches.

Overall the Hurricanes have played the Highlanders 24 times in Super Rugby and they have won 13 matches and lost 11.

That gives the Hurricanes a record of winning 54% of their matches against the Highlanders.

Tonight the Hurricanes will have home advantage although it will not be their usual home ground advantage as the match will be played in Napier.

Meanwhile, Highlanders wing Waisake Naholo will be given the biggest task as he will be marking All Blacks and Hurricanes wing Julian Savea.

Naholo who is the top try scorer this year with 9 tries has had a brilliant season.

Savea ranks higher than Naholo when it comes to defenders beaten with 45.

The Hurricanes meet the Highlanders at 7.35 tonight while the Force play the Brumbies at 11pm.
