The Nadroga rugby team after winning the semifinal of the Skipper Cup last year.

Skipper Cup defending champion Nadroga says it is always hard to defend a title than to challenge it as they get ready to take on Suva this weekend.

Nadroga Rugby President Tiko Matawalu says it is hard because when you lose a title you lose everything and when you are challenging it you lose nothing.

He says they are expecting Suva to come in full force in their game this weekend.

Nadroga will take on Suva at 3pm this Saturday at Buckhurst Park.
