Despite the difficult weather conditions that the country faced this week, the Nadi soccer team is more than ready to face Tahitian club AS‑Tefana in the OFC Champions League today.
Team Director Javed Ahmed says the weather conditions over the past few days have made their preparations difficult but it will not be an excuse.
He says the team has set their aim at winning the competition.
Nadi will play AS Tefana at 1pm today while Suva will face Wellington at 1pm tomorrow.
The defending champion of the OFC Champions league is Auckland City FC.
