Rafael Nadal has won the French Open by beating Austrian fourth seed Dominic Thiem in four sets to lift a 12th men's singles title.
This is his third straight victory at the French Open.
Nadal won 6‑3 5‑7 6‑1 6‑1 in a high‑quality final.
The 33‑year‑old is the first player to win 12 singles titles at the same Grand Slam and has now won 18 majors overall.
The French Open Women’s title went to Australian Ashleigh Barty.
It was her first Grand Slam singles title.
The eighth seed won 6‑1 6‑3 against 19‑year‑old Marketa Vondrousova.
Barty quit tennis to play professional cricket in 2014, but returned to the sport 17 months later.
Now she is the first Australian to win a singles titles since Margaret Court in 1973.
