The New Zealand government will hold a public memorial service for Jonah Lomu at Eden Park next Monday.
Prime Minister John Key expects tens of thousands of people to attend the public memorial service.
Key says the service is open to anyone who wants to remember the significant contribution Jonah Lomu made to rugby.
He says the costs would be borne by the New Zealand government, but he is not expecting it to top $300,000.
The funeral service will be held at LDS Church in Auckland next Tuesday.
