New Zealand boxing star Joseph Parker is set to add another title to his crown ‑ fatherhood.
The 24‑year‑old has been in the headlines of late as details emerge of a potential world heavyweight title shot.
But that is just part of the good news for Parker.
NZME reported that Parker was days away from being a father.
It was reported that high school sweetheart Laine Tavita confirmed that she was expecting Parker's baby.
Meanwhile, Parker is currently training in Las Vegas as a possible WBO title fight against Andy Ruiz Junior in Auckland in December is looming closer.
