Mr Moet has moved from equal 30th into the prized 24th place for the 2013 Melbourne Cup in the latest order of entry released.
A total of 47 horses remain in contention for a start in next Tuesday’s Australian $6 million Group Melbourne Cup after the second declarations closed on Monday.
Currently, 10 international horses are in the 2013 Melbourne Cup field including 2011 Melbourne Cup winner Dunaden, Red Cadeaux, Tres Blue, Brown Panther, Dandino, Mount Athos, Royal Empire and Simenon.
The Melbourne Cup race will be held at 5pm next Tuesday.
