Meehan willing to fight Tua

Fiji born Australian based heavyweight boxer Kali Meehan is willing to give David Tua a shot at the World Boxing Federation title.

Meehan scored a first round win over fellow New South Welshman Michael Kirby last weekend.

He stands at 1.96m and has long sought a fight with Tua saying they should finally battle it out on who is the best heavyweight in this area of the world.

Tua is scheduled to fight a rematch against American Monte Barrett in Auckland on August 13.
