Manchester City signs French defender Aymeric Laporte

Manchester City have signed French defender Aymeric Laporte from Spanish side Athletic Bilbao for a club record fee of 57 million pounds.

Manchester City’s previous transfer record fee was the 55 million pounds they paid for Kevin de Bruyne in 2015.

City will play West Brom at 8am tomorrow in the English Premier League.

Meanwhile, in EPL matches today, Arsenal will play Swansea this hour while Liverpool will play Huddersfield in the next hour.
