Majority of experienced players from last year to play in RWC qualifier - McKee

Vodafone Flying Fijian coach John McKee confirms that majority of the experienced players from last year will be playing in the Rugby World Cup qualifier.

McKee highlights that there are programs in place but they need to secure their spot for the 2019 Rugby World Cup.

He adds that he will be keeping a close eye on the former sevens players who have secured their contracts overseas.

They include Kitione Taliga, Semi Kunatani, Savenaca Rawaca, Viliame Mata, Josua Tuisova and Leone Nakarawa.

McKee was also pleased with the overseas based players who are currently playing in Europe.

Meanwhile the Flying Fijians will have some big test matches this year which includes the test against the Wallabies in Melbourne on the 10th of June.

Fiji will also host Scotland and Wales this year where the date has not been confirmed.
