Luveniyali Secures Harlequins Contract

Flying Fijians 15s rugby first-five-eighth Waisea Luveniyali's inclusion in the Harlequins team has strengthened the side ahead of the Guinness Premiership.

The highly regarded playmaker, who celebrated his 23rd birthday six days ago, joins fellow new signing Nick Evans and Gonzalo Tiesi for the Championship.

Luveniyali can play at flyhalf and fullback, which is expected to be his positions during the forthcoming season.

Utility back Luveniyali was Fiji's youngest player at the recent Rugby World Cup in France and was the playmaker in the Flying Fijians this year in the Pacific Nations Cup after Nicky Little was unavailable.
