Leiloma dazzles at Uluinakau 7s

Uluinakau Green playmaker Ilimeleki Leiloma is another player that Vodafone Fiji 7s coach Ben Ryan will be looking at after helping his side to win the Uluinakau 7s tournament yesterday beating Army 17-0 in the final.

The former Ratu Kadavulevu School student outclassed some of the national sevens rep who are featuring for the Army side recording their first cup win in their own tournament.

Leiloma has put his hands up ready to take on some of the talented 7s playmaker such as Jerry Tuwai, Vatemo Ravouvou, Emosi Mulevoro, Eminoni Nasilasila and Osea Kolinisau.

The 24-year-old was awarded the Best Player Award with the prize money of $200 after a stunning performance shutting out his opponent John Stewart in the Army side.

Meanwhile the Army side had the services of Isake Katonibau, John Stewart and Jiuta Takubu.
