Lautoka soccer coach says they were fortunate to get a penalty

Lautoka soccer coach Kamal Swamy says they were fortunate to get a penalty against Ba in the first leg of the Pillay Garments Champion versus Champions series.

Lautoka beat Ba 1‑0 last night after mid‑fielder Zibraz Sahib scored the lone goal in the second half through a penalty.

Lautoka striker Samuela Drudru was red carded in the match.

Lautoka now just needs a draw in the second leg which will be played at 3pm tomorrow to win the Champion versus Champion series.

Meanwhile, in the Vodafone Premier League, Labasa defeated Dreketi 2-0 last night.

In Vodafone Premier League matches at 3pm tomorrow, Suva will meet Rewa while Rakiraki will face Nadi.
