Labasa thrashes Nadi 5-nil in the 1st semi-final of Courts IDC

The Labasa soccer team is through to the final of the 2019 Courts IDC after thrashing Nadi 5-0 in the first semi-final at Prince Charles Park this afternoon.

Iloisoni Logivou scored twice while Ashnil Raju and Antonio Tuivuna scored a goal each for Labasa while Captain, Akuila Mateisuva scored from the penalty spot.

Labasa was leading 2-0 at half time.

Nadi which suspended eight of its top players due to ill discipline just could not match Labasa's style of play.

Ba will face Suva at this hour in the second semi-final.

The final will kick off at 4pm tomorrow.
