Labasa holds Rewa

The Labasa soccer team scored the fastest goal of the Galaxy Premier league in just 30 seconds against Rewa at Ratu Cakaobau Park but that was not enough to claim the three points as the hosts came from behind to level terms 1-1.

Christopher Wasasala shocked the Rewa fans and scored for the Babasiga Lions while Iosefo Verevou made a worthwhile return from suspension to score the equalizer.

Both teams managed to earn a point each from this match.

In the earlier match, Nadi thrashed Tailevu Naitasiri 6-1.
