Kurtley Beale will not be joining the Wallabies' rugby squad for their end of the year tour, despite being eligible for selection following his code of conduct hearing.

Beale has been fined 50,000 Australian dollars after being found guilty of a serious violation of the Australian Rugby Union code of conduct for sending an offensive photograph to an ARU employee.

New Wallabies Coach, Michael Cheika has issued a statement saying that he will now allow Beale to join the Wallabies Europe tour squad.

The Wallabies will start their end of the year tour with the Barbarians.

Some of the big names in the Barbarians include Colin Slade, Steven Luatua, Dominic Bird, Matt Todd, Tim Nanai-Williams, Fiji born Patrick Osborne, Frank Halai, Francis Saili, Adam Thomson, Nick Cummins, Japan’s Fumiaki Tanaka, Matt Stevens and Samoa’s Mahonri Schwalger.

The Wallabies will play the Barbarians this Sunday at 3.30am.
