Fiji Airways Fijian 7s team Captain Kalione Nasoko apologized for his recent misdemeanor in failing a road side breath test acknowledging the disappointment he has caused to the Fijian fans he proudly represents on the eve of the departure of the team for Las Vagas outing.

"I would like to humbly apologize to the people of Fiji, to the Fiji Rugby Union,to our Sponsors, my team mates and family for letting you down" Nasoko admitted making a mistake assuming that he was fully recovered when he decided to drive his vehicle acknowledging the error of judgement which he has been regretful.

"I never intended to cause damage or harm to the reputation or legacy of the white jersey"

Head Coach Gareth Baker and CEO FRU John O Conor highlighted that they valued that Nasoko was upfront in admitting to his mistake and having the courage to face the consequence and more importantly in his desire to publicly apologize to his supporters before they departed for the Las Vegas 7s

FRU CEO is positive that Alasio Naduva will be cleared to board the plane on Monday.
