Anthony Joshua appears to be in good shape for his much-anticipated rematch with Andy Ruiz Jr after the British weighed in at 107.5 kilograms.
The heavyweight star was deposed of his championship in June with a shocking defeat to the Mexican champion.
He was handed his first career loss with a seventh-round knock-out at Madison Park New York, thus losing his WBA, IBF & WBO to the Mexican.
Heavyweight champion Andy Ruiz Jr weighed in at 128.3 kilograms, 6 kilograms heavier than the first fight.
Ruiz Jr had earlier hinted he would be dropping 4 kilograms of his weight ahead of the rematch.
Forbes.com reports Joshua is set to make upwards of $US60 million for the rematch while Ruiz Jr will be paid $US9 million.
The amount of money each fighter is receiving was negotiated in their first fight when Joshua was still champion. This is why Joshua is set to earn more than Ruiz Jr.
The boxing program for the second WBA, IBF and WBO title showdown in Saudi Arabia between current world champion Andy Ruiz Jr and former champion Anthony Joshua will start at 6am tomorrow.
