Melbourne Storm flyer Josh Addo-Carr scored on his debut as a new-look Australian rugby league side beat New Zealand 26-4 in their Oceania Cup opener last night.
James Tedesco, Tyson Frizell and Damien Cook also scored for the Kangaroos.
Fielding the least experienced test side in 15 years, Australia were too good for the Kiwis as they ran off to a 12-4 half time lead.
Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad scored the only try for New Zealand.
The Test match is the first of two for Australia, who play Tonga at Eden Park in Auckland next Saturday.
