The Chiefs have confirmed this afternoon that loose forward Luke Jacobson is available for selection for this weekend's Super Rugby clash with the Brumbies.
Jacobson was diagnosed with a concussion before the Rugby World Cup tournament begun and considering it was his fourth head knock in 13 months, the issue was taken seriously.
All Blacks World Cup coach Steve Hansen felt that the best thing for him to do is to take a break from rugby until he is symptom-free and ready to return to rugby.
Jacobson and the Chiefs have taken things slowly to ensure that he is 100 percent free from injury when he returns.
Chiefs assistant coach David Hall said that his return could be this week.
The Chiefs will take on the Brumbies at 6.05pm Saturday.
