India and Pakistan clash to go ahead

The Tournament Director of the ICC T20 World Cup has confirmed that the much anticipated clash between India and Pakistan will go ahead. 

All security arrangements have been made at the city of Dharamsala where the match will take place. 

Pakistan will play India at 2am next Sunday.

There is no confirmation whether the Twenty20 Cricket World Cup match between India and Pakistan will take place next week.

Pakistan has refused to play their Twenty20 World Cup game against India because of security fears.

Officials between the two cricket nations are having discussions to try and prevent a problem which would be the highlight of the competition.

The Telegraph newspaper in Britain reported that Pakistan cricket authorities received a security report from organisers that concluded the Pakistan team's safety was not assured.

Pakistan is expected to play India next Sunday in the City of Dharamsala which has often had a violent reputation.
