Georgia have slammed World Rugby for their proposed test format that looks certain to keep Georgia in the second tier.
In a three‑minute sub‑titled video address on Twitter, Georgia Rugby president Gocha Svanidze labelled rugby's top officials "a couple of snub‑nosed retrograde officials, who cannot see further than their own noses".

Georgia, acknowledged as having one of the best scrums in the game, have been making major progress in the European scene and have long hoped for inclusion in the Six Nations.
But they fear the new 12‑team world league concept will consign them to the second division, similar to concerns expressed by Pacific Island nations.
