Chiefs Coach Warren Gatland has revealed that three of his key players will be rested this week when they will face the Brumbies at home.
This includes winger Soloman Alaimalo, flanker Lachlan Boshier and halfback Brad Weber.
Gatland says even though their All Blacks players get weeks off, they are also doing the same for other players.
He says they are doing this to keep everyone fresh and motivated to do what they do best in the field.
Alaimalo and Boshier have been key players for the Chiefs in their unbeaten start to the season with Alaimalo scoring a try in each of the team's first three games while Boshier has 12 turnovers already in the competition.
The Chiefs will take on the Brumbies at 6.05pm Saturday.
