Former Boxing Heavyweight Champion Tyson Fury says he is not concerned with his right eye opening up during his rematch with WBC champion Deontay Wilder.
Fury suffered a very severe cut in his points decision win over Otto Wallin which needed 47 stitches to close and it was directly above his eye.
Many observers even felt the contest with Wallin should have been stopped which would have made Wallin a TKO winner since the cut was due to a legal punch.
Fury needed at least two months for the cut to fully heal.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Fury says the eye is doing well but there is not much he can do about it if it opens up again.
Meanwhile Wilder has already stated that he intends to target that eye in the fight.
Fury Will fight Wilder next Sunday.
