Manchester City Midfeilder Phil Foden says that the team can definitely win a historic quadruple this season.

Foden scored twice as City beat Newport to reach the FA Cup quarter‑finals.

Pep Guardiola's side are top of the Premier League, play Schalke in the Champions League last 16 and meet Chelsea in the Carabao Cup final next Monday.

18-year-old Foden says that everything is going well at the moment but it is it is going to be difficult.

No English team has won all four major competitions in one season, with Manchester United coming closest by claiming the Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League in 1999.

Looking at the English Premier League points table, City are leading with 65 points and 54 goals differentials, Liverpool are placed second with 65 points and 44 goals differentials while Tottenham are in 3rd place with 60 points.
