Fiji Airways Flying Fijians Coach, John McKee says they have been working more on defence in their training sessions with just weeks away from the 2019 Rugby World Cup.
McKee says now is the time to step up their preparation in the final phase to ensure they put themselves in the best position to achieve the desired performance at the World Cup.
The team had their final training session in Suva yesterday and will move camp to Nadi to prepare for the match against Tonga this Saturday at Eden Park.
They will leave for New Zealand on Wednesday.
Fiji is pooled with Australia, Wales, Georgia and Uruguay in the Rugby World Cup.
Fiji will take on Australia in their first pool game on the 21st of next month at 4.45pm.
The Rugby World Cup will begin on the 20th of next month and will end on the 2nd of November.
