The Samoa and Tonga 7s teams are yet to qualify for the 2016 Rio Olympics 7s competition in August.
They will fight for a spot in the Final Olympic Qualification Tournament which will be held on the 18th and 19th of June in Monaco.
Sixteen 7s teams will compete in the Final Olympic Qualification Tournament which will use a round‑robin format, with the top team qualifying directly for the Olympics.
As regular World 7s Series campaigners, Samoa is deemed as the top favorite to qualify from the competition.
Eleven 7s teams have qualified for the Rio Olympics.
They are Fiji, Brazil, New Zealand, South Africa, Argentina, USA, Australia, Kenya, France, Japan and Great Britain.
The 2016 Rio Olympics will be held in August.
