Fiji thrashes Tonga 10-2 in 2nd group match of the OFC Futsal Nations Cup

Fiji has thrashed Tonga 10 – 2 in their second group match of the OFC Futsal Nations Cup.

With this win, Fiji has managed to keep their semi-final hopes alive with one game left to play against the Solomon Islands.

Fiji coach, Mira Sahib says the team kept the high intensity till the end.

Fiji will take on the Solomon Islands at 6pm today in their final group match.

Meanwhile, hosts New Caledonia and New Zealand are through to the knock-out phase with a game to spare.
