With less than 24 hours left for the Fiji men’s soccer team to make its historic debut at the Olympics, coach Frank Farina is cautious of Korea Republic’s threat.
Farina says their opponent is an experienced side which has won bronze at the 2012 London Olympics.
Fiji will rely heavily on the experience of captain Roy Krishna who is the only professional player in the team.
Meanwhile, Korea Republic men's Olympic football coach Shin Tae-yong says they will not take Fiji lightly.
Tae-yong says Fiji may be short on techniques but they are a tough and physical team.
Fiji will face Korea Republic at 11am tomorrow at the Fonte Nova which has seating capacity of 50,000.
The Rio Olympics has started today with the women’s football.
