The Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s team has finished third in the Las Vegas 7s after defeating South Africa 26-22 in the Bronze Medal final while USA has won their home tournament for the first time after defeating Argentina 28-0 in the Cup final.
The national side fought to the final minute to hold on against the strong South African side.

Fiji’s tries were scored by Paula Dranisinukula, Alasio Naduva and two tries from captain Jerry Tuwai.
Fiji was leading 19-5 at halftime.

Meanwhile, New Zealand finished fifth after beating Australia 17-12 in the fifth place play-off while France beat Canada 26-19 to win the Trophy Final.
