Fiji Weightlifting confident in Tulo
After breaking a nine year record last month, Fiji Weightlifting is confident that 18 year old Manueli Tulo will be able to do Fiji proud at the upcoming Arafura Games and the Oceania and Pacific weightlifting championships this month.

The young Levuka lad who currently rates No.1 in the Junior Pacific ranking trains under the guidance of Oceania coach Paul Koffa and has shown impressive results over the past few months in his category, the 56 Kg and even set a new record in the New Caledonia Inter-Club Championships.

Fiji Weightlifting secretary Chris Yee said with Tulo holding a total of 3 Gold and 4 bronze medals, they are confident he will bag another medal this month.

The Arafura Games will be held from the 12th to the 15th of May in Australia.
