The Vodafone Fiji Under 20 Rugby team will head to Portugal this weekend with one aim which is to get back to the World Rugby Under 20 Championship competition.
Head Coach Viliame Gadolo says this is the first time they are participating in this competition and are pooled with Georgia, Portugal and Uruguay.
Some of the overseas based players who will be part of the Under 20 team are England based Filimoni Savou who will be joining the team in Portugal, Auckland University Club flyhalf Vatiliai Tuidraki who is also the captain.
Gadolo says they will be playing a warm up match with the Counties Manukau Under 20 in New Zealand on Tuesday before leaving for Portugal next Thursday.
The 2015 World Rugby Under 20 Trophy will be held from the 13th to the 25th of this month.
