Fiji Swimming Association Short Course Grand Prix season began today

The meet today is the first of three Short Course Grand Prix competitions for the season.

Fiji Swimming have started their preparation for the FINA Junior World Championships with the Short Course Grand Prix season began today.

Swimming Association President, Ben Rova says this competition is also part of a series of build ups for the Nationals in October .

Fiji will be represented by Temafa Yalimaiwai, Hansel McCaig, Jodie‑Anna Puamau and Rosemary Rova at FINA Junior World Champs.

The meet today is the first of three Short Course Grand Prix competitions for the season.

The Grand Prix event has clubs from Suva, Nadi and Lautoka showcasing 255 athletes from 9 clubs including Babale, Barracuda, Dolphins, Great White, Mako, Marlin Bluez, Orca, Seals and Tritons.
