The Vodafone Fiji Bati has earned promotion to the Oceania Cup with a 22-20 victory in the Oceania Shield decider against Papua New Guinea in Christchurch.
The Fiji Bati win the Shield and will be promoted to the Cup next year, to take on Australia and New Zealand.
Tui Kamikamica, Viliame Kikau, Ben Nakubuwai and Brayden Wiliame scored tries for the Bati.
