Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s coach Gareth Baber says that the team is continuously working on defence and discipline as they get ready for the next leg of the World Rugby 7s Series.
The Fiji 7s team received 3 yellow cards in the opening leg of the HSBC World 7s series.
Baber says he has been working on the discipline of the boys as this will give them the ability to pressure the opposition.
Meanwhile, 20 players are currently in the squad for the Sydney and Hamilton 7s.
Baber says players like Eroni Sau, Sevuloni Mocenacagi and newcomer Alosio Naduva are back in the squad to add pace and size to the team.
Speedster Banuve Tabakaucoro is not in camp due to injury.
Fiji is pooled with New Zealand, Samoa and Russia in the Sydney 7s.
The Sydney 7s will be played from the 26th to the 28th of this month.
The team will be named next week.
