Fiji 7s team focused on kick starting 2019 on a high note ahead of the Hamilton 7s

The first set of training for the Fiji Airways Men’s national 7s team ahead of the Hamilton 7s concluded yesterday and the team are focused on kick starting 2019 on a high note.

Coach Gareth Baber says that producing good results is the way forward for the team and all training schedule has been well planned to keep the players focused on that aim.

Baber says that like any other tournament, Hamilton has its uniqueness and as for Fiji they won the first HSBC 7s series to be played in Hamilton last year and the first tournament they won last series.

He also stressed how the team are focused on taking a game at a time as he predicts that their rivals will also want to have a good outing.

Fiji is pooled with Australia, Argentina and Wales for the Hamilton 7s which will be held from the 26th to the 27th of next month.
