The 2015 Fiji International Golf Championship is expected to bigger and better next year with many top professional golfers highly likely to feature in the tournament.

This was confirmed by Brian Thorburn the Chief Executive Officer of PGA Australasia and he says that not only the tournament will attract top golfers around the world as more tourist will also arrive in the country.

Thorburn said they are trying their very best to secure top golfers like Phil Mickelson, Adam Scott, Earnie Eels, Jordan Spieth and they are hoping for the return of Fiji’s very own Vijay Singh.

In making the announcement last night alongside the Attorney General Aiyaz Sayed‑Khaiyum and the Minister for Industry, Trade and Tourism Faiyaz Koya, Thorburn says the October date provides significantly increased benefits for all stakeholders.
