Early morning run for Fiji 7s team at Sigatoka Sand Dunes

The Vodafone Fiji 7s training squad had an early run and workout at the Sigatoka Sand Dunes this morning.

Some local residents were watching their heros at training.

Coach Ben Ryan gave the players multiple phases of uphill runs.

Ryan had earlier said this week that he may cut some players as early as this weekend.

With eight weeks left to their first game of the Rio Olympics, Ryan emphasize a lot on the attitude and discipline of the players during training.

Ryan will name his final 13 players on the 16th of next month.
