After 30 games of excitement that have yielded 72 goals, the winners of Euro 2012 will be crowned tomorrow as Spain takes on Italy.
Spain, who lifted the World Cup in 2010, are also defending the title of European Champions claimed four years ago and are looking at creating history to become the first nation to retain the Trophy.
Italy's last major tournament success came in the 2006 World Cup, but they have secured European Cup glory on just one previous occasion, back in 1968.
Spain will take on Italy at 6.45 tomorrow morning.
