Warren Gatland could follow Graham Henry and Steve Hansen's path from coaching Wales to leading the All Blacks claims former England World Cup winner Lawrence Dallaglio.
Dallaglio ‑ who led Wasps' English Championship winning teams under Gatland's coaching ‑ said the Kiwi coach could go on to produce "spectacular" results with the All Blacks.
Dallaglio says Warren Gatland has the ability to coach the All Blacks.
Gatland coached Wasps to three English club titles and a European Cup crown between 2002 and 2005 and has led Wales to two Six Nations championships as well as coaching the British and Irish Lions to a series win in Australia in 2013 and a drawn series in New Zealand last year.
Dallaglio ‑ part of England's 2003 World Cup winning team ‑ said Gatland was a great motivator, who "lives by the code that none of us are as good as all of us".
