Despite all the trials and tribulations that he has been through, even a fight with cancer, Aaron Cruden is just beating all odds to be what he is in the All Blacks team now.
At this stage of the World Cup, the battle, as pundits said is almost all mental.
For the 83kg former Palmerston North Boys High schoolboy who played his first 15’s game at 15, and then captain at 17, Cruden said that he is ready to give his best in the RWC final.
He added that it was his brother who led to him to love rugby and it’s funny to see that they have now gone separate ways.
The All Blacks will play France on Sunday at 9pm in the RWC final and you can catch the live commentary on our sister station Viti FM with Malakai Veisamasama and Ilivasi Tabua.
