Clean sweep by western secondary schools in hockey finals

It was a clean sweep by the western secondary schools in the hockey finals today.

Tilak High School has won the Boys Under 19 grade Secondary School Hockey finals defeating St Thomas High School 3-1 this afternoon.

Louis Shakley of Tilak also scored the fastest goal in the tournament, scoring a goal in just 20 seconds of the beginning of the game.

In the Girls Under 16 grade, Sangam Sadhu Kuppuswamy Memorial College retained their title defeating Jasper Williams High School 2-1 while St Thomas High School took out the Girls Under 19 grade final defeating Tilak High School 1-0.

Tilak High School also took out the Boys Under 16 grade Noal Gibson Cup.
