Chelsea edge closer to Premier League title

Chelsea continue their march to the Premier League title with a 3-1 win over Swansea City earlier this morning.

After this win Chelsea now have 63 points with only12 games left to play.

In other results Everton beat Sunderland 2-0, Crystal Palace won over Middlesbrough 1-0 while Burnley and Hull City played out a one all draw.
