Wallabies coach, Michael Cheika has hit back on the comments made by England's coach, Eddie Jones that his team would benefit from a two-week break in comparison to the Wallabies, who were pushed hard by a rugged Georgian side last night.
Cheika says he saw Jones saying that the cancellation would be an advantage and the ‘typhoon gods’ were smiling on them.
Cheika adds that Jones had been saying that his team was the best-prepared side for the Rugby World Cup tournament, so if that is true then they have to win, as for them that will be decided next Saturday.
He says their 27-8 victory over Georgia last night was not ideal preparation for their game against England next week but the warfare nature was ideal experience for his players.
Australia is expected to face Egland next Saturday in the quarterfinals of the Rugby World Cup.
Meanwhile, Ireland will take on Samoa at 10.45 tonight.
