Cem Akbal joins Lautoka for O-League

The Lautoka soccer team has included Australian based goalkeeper, Ali Cem Akbal in its squad for tomorrow’s crucial O-League encounter against Amicale FC.

Lautoka soccer officials have been trying hard to make contact with Cem Akbal and the lanky goalkeeper has agreed to play for the Blues tomorrow.

Akbal’s inclusion in the Blues squad is a blessing as Lautoka’s top choice goalkeeper, Jone Sorolo has been suspended for two matches while team officials are not happy with Pramesh Prasad’s performance.

Lautoka goes into tomorrow’s match with a must win situation as both teams currently have seven points with Amicale FC having a better goal difference.

The O-League match between Lautoka and Amicale FC kicks off at 5pm tomorrow in Vanuatu.
