City finished in first place with 98 points while Liverpool finished in second place with 97 points.

The goals for City were scored by Sergio Aguero, Aymeric Laporte, Riyad Mahrez and  lkay Gündogan.

Chelsea finished in 3rd place with 72 points while Tottenham Hotspurs finished in fourth place with 71 points.
