The Hurricanes have won their tenth successive match this season as they beat the Reds 38-34 in a closely contested match last night.
The Hurricanes scored five converted tries while the Reds scored four converted tires.
Hurricanes winger, Ben Lam scored his 13th and 14th try of the season in the match.
Samu Kerevi and Filipo Daugunu scored a try each for the Reds.
It is now 39 matches that the Australian teams have failed to beat a New Zealand based Super Rugby team.
In other matches tonight, the Sunwolves take on the Stormers at 5.15pm, Blues will face the Crusaders at 7.35pm, the Waratahs will take on the Highlanders at 9.45pm.
Meanwhile tomorrow the Sharks will face the Chiefs at 1.05am, the Lions will take on the Brumbies at 3.15am and the Jaguares will face the bulls at 9.40am.
