Barrett was at the Blues training session yesterday to meet several of his new teammates after his shift from the Hurricanes.

Blues Assistant Coach, Tom Coventry says that Barrett is down to play in round seven of the Super Rugby but he has got to get himself through a couple of club games and return to play protocols.
Coventry doesn't believe the appearance of Barrett will be a distraction for the Blues as they prepare for their New Zealand derby match against the Crusaders tomorrow.
He knows if they are to topple the defending champions, they need to affect the Crusaders "mojo".
The Blues will face the Crusaders at 6.05pm tomorrow.
