Ba two to join Hekari
The Ba Football Association has finally given the release to two of its top players who are now eligible to feature for Papua New Guinea’s Hekari United.

Alvin Singh and Malakai Tiwa whose soccer future was in doubt after they breached their contract by joining Hekari United before time, can now breathe a sigh of relief after they have been cleared to play in the FIFA Club World Cup.

Ba Soccer president Rishi Kumar said he does not want to spoil their future however this does not mean that other players can breach their contract as they can face hefty fines.

Meanwhile, Hekari United has so far registered eight Fiji based players.

The list include Ba’s Tuimasi Manuca, Malakai Tiwa, Alvin Singh, Lautoka’s Osea Vakatalesau and Labasa’s Pita Bolaitoga.

Rewa’s top goalkeeper Simione Tamanaisau and Solomon striker Abraham Iniga have also been recruited by Hekari United.
